• Vacancy: AP Accountant
• Department: Finance
• Duties/responsibilities:
– Processes and records transactions.
– Researches and resolves account discrepancies.
– Obtains information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
– Prepares invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
– Records related parties’ transactions.
Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
– Reviews AR aging to ensure compliance.
– Assists with month-end closing.
• Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate.
– Proficient in microsoft office.
– English very good
