Rental Sales Agent • Act as a Sixt representative. Manage customer inquiries, complete rental transactions, and maximize branch business. • Duties & Responsibilities: Advise our Egyptian and international commercial and private customers in the rental stations. Complete transactions for vehicle rental on the front office desks. Sell additional services that span the whole topic of car rental (Incremental sales). Organize the day-to-day activities in the station. Manage customer queries and concerns regarding vehicle rental. Monitor reservation and vehicle rental returns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree of any discipline. 1-3 years of customer contact experience Excellent command of English language. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficient in Microsoft office Apps. Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements. Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Effectively communicate with customers, peers and management. Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision. Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
