ALSAFY Group is hiring “Retail manager” • Job description: 1. Responsible for the daily management of Retail business. 2. Formulate retail development strategies, sort out retail business strategies and business development strategies. 3. Cooperate with the MKT department to carry out new product GTM, daily promotion activity execution and activity effect monitoring and evaluation. 4. Set annual/quarterly/monthly sales targets and follow up the progress. 5. Help to improve the retail capacity of channel customers. 6. Image management of terminal stores. 7. PSI data sorting and reporting. 8. Manage the Field force and promoter team. Job requirements: 1. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, terminal retail management experience and channel management experience in the well-known mobile phone industry 2. Have a deep understanding of retail management, a keen market perception ability, timely grasp of market changes and propose solutions 3.
