• Fiber Misr Systems is hiring “Onsite Telco Cloud Engineer T1” 1· Monitor alarms and performance information on the 24×7 basis for telco cloud functions. 2· Ensure all docket information are capture in activity log Managing technical escalation to ensure faults is rectified within agreed SLAs. 4· Perform Escalation and Notification to keep management and other business units informed during system outages. 5· Check and certify new network elements to be commissioned in operation environment within agreed KPI 6· Coordinate with Hardware vendor to replace faulty parts/hardware on-site and install new part. 7· Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Execution under the supervision of L1/L2 team 8· Work with 3PP vendors for any hardware troubleshooting 9· Ensure that all LAN / Power cabling are intact and perform periodic monitoring of the cabling 10· Coordinate with L1/L2 support team for performing any hard reboot /hardware troubleshooting 11· Coordinate and maintain operational support documentation and procedures such as Runbooks 12· Provide datacenter hands and feet support for the Infrastructure (servers, network devices, storage etc.) • To apply : Send your updated CV to : careers@fibermisrsystems.com - mention the Job Title in Email Subject.
