• CSS is looking forward to hiring Recruitment Specialist . • Core of Responsibilities: – Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites, and any other channels of sources. – Using proper channels to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships Hand-On experience in massive recruiting of blue collars candidates. – Headhunting -identifying and approaching suitable candidates as required. – Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy – Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. – Organizing interviews for candidates as requested. • Requirements and Skills: – Bachelor’s degree relevant major. – 3+ years of Experience in recruitment & mass hiring. (preferably in the Security field) – Excellent command of English – Excellent usage of MS Office – Decision maker, problem-solving, and able to work under stress to meet the mass hiring process in a timely manner. • Work Conditions: 5 days/ week – 8 hours / day 2 days Off (Friday/Saturday) • Job location: New Cairo • To apply : send updated resume to: Mhaggag@contrackss.com
