WE Data is currently hiring “Data Center Engineering Supervisor” . • requirements: -Bachelor degree from a reputable university (Communications engineering or computer science background is preferred). -4 to 6 year of relevant work experience. -Strong understanding of the Linux operating system (configuring and troubleshooting). -Good command of English language • Duties: -Support, monitor and maintain our database servers and scheduled jobs. -Recommend continuous improvements of our services and apply performance tuning of database systems. – Install, configure, and administer various DBs (Oracle, IBM DB2). – Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors – Use strong troubleshooting skills in isolating and solving problems related to our database servers. – Develops, manages and tests back-up and recovery plans -Develop self and staff in line with changes in technology affecting systems, equipment and procedures relevant to the role in order to maintain knowledge levels required to do the job. • To apply : send your CV to mohamed.k.deif@te.eg - mentioning the title in the subject line.
