1. Bachelor Degree in Science or Civil Engineering.
2. Cairo/Giza residence ONLY.
3. Minimum 10 years of experience in Ready Mix Concrete industry.
4. Excellent Analytical and Problem solving skills.
5. Excellent Planning, Interpersonal and technical skills.
6. The ability to make considered decisions and to communicate them.
7. Leadership ability.
8. Good numerical skills and an understanding of statistics.
